Week Four Book Week

One of the best weeks of the year has finally arrived!! Yes, you have guessed right, it is BOOK WEEK! Mrs Marsh has been busy organising special events so that we are doing something exciting everyday.

Monday - Grandparents and Dad’s reading time followed by morning tea at 10.30am

Come down and read with your children and grandchildren.

Tuesday - Pyjama Party! Wear your PJ’s bring your favourite book and cuddle up with a buddy from your Buddy Class to read.

Wednesday - Dawn McMillan Author Visit at 10-10.30 and 11- 11.30 Middle Syndicate.

Thursday -  At 11.45- 12.30 class groups will move to different classrooms to listen to other staff members read their favourite books.

Friday - Dress up as your favourite  book character for the parade at 9.00. There will also be a quiz at 12.00. The quiz  will be based on popular children’s literature and books read throughout the week. House points will be awarded.

Also each day before and after school the library will be open so that you can purchase books from the Schoolastic Book sale.
